Straight from the attic HJ or DJ tunic ???

This tunic came straight from the attic 2 weeks ago.
It is WW2 era ,can somebody tell me what kind of tunic this is ??
It has NO breast pockets.

I wouldnt say HJ or DJ, well not a pattern i know, as mentioned no breast pocket, double back seam, non roll back cuffs etc, not sure what it is, postwar use??
