Political armband help needed

Just picked this up from a vets granddaughter. I don't quite understand the difference in armbands with the single stripe and then the ones with stripe on top and bottom. What exactly is this one for and what are the others for/difference. What does the pip signify.Thanks for any help.

A nice Kreisleiter armband.

Armband for a kreisleiter. Usually the case is, the more stripes or the bigger the leaves, the higher the rank. The piping (in this case white) will tell the level of the government, which was Ortsgruppe (blue), Kreis (white), Gau (burgundy) and Reich (yellow). I attached the designs of all the Kreis level ones. A Kreisleiter is the highest level in the Kreis. Hope this helps.
