A series of these diamonds were noted in the July 15, 1932 "Entwurf der Dienst-Vorschrift der PO". There is the one with the early political leader worn from Ortsgruppenführer up through Reichsorganisationsleiter; all staff functions, including those for the Reichsorganisationsleitung (this were the management-functions), did wear the version as shown. Fraktionsführer did wear the state colors or eventually the coat-of arms for a city.
The new PO uniform-regulations from January 20, 1934 were granted by Hitler. The diamonds were abolished.
I have no intention to cover all ranks/functions who were authorized for any of these three patches!Comment
