Here is an early shirt I have. It has the shoulder strap loop but appears to have never had any other insignia aside from an armband (there are stitch marks from a pair of snaps). The pocket pleat is 2cm wide, narrower than the later models. The shirt shows a lot of wear and tear with period repairs at the fold of the collar and cuffs as well as sundry other areas. It has silver SA style buttons on the cuffs and front. It is unmarked.
