                Ron, nice armband.
                March 15, 1934 this type was allowed to be worn by the SA-Reserve II. The edges are mentioned to be 1.0 cm in silvergrey. Members from the SAR II, which were transferred from the SA and SA-Reserve I, were allowed to wear the old armband, not having the silver-grey edges .
                It is observed this type of armband was also worn by members from the Kyffhäuserbund.

                        Hi,

                        A really good and quite rare armband, issued to (mostly) veterans organisations in support of the SA as auxiliary police in the incidence of "civil strife"; which did not occur.
                        The armbands appear to be rare, but the members stickpin is quite common.
                        An interesting thread, I find political/civil organisations very interesting; many thanks for showing the band.
