SA leggings ? Opinions please

I would like your opinions on those leggings. Could they be a part of the SA uniform?

Sounds like every motorcyclist who could afford these had them.

These could have been worn by anyone, including SA members, during the period. They were worn for riding, for motorcycle riding as d-h-f noted, for field work by engineers, archeologists, explorers, etc., and were popular with officers during the World War on all sides of the trenches.
