Arm Bands

I've had these for about 40 years or so and wanted to know if authentic.

First one is obviously an armband. Is it authentic, and if so who would have worn this?

The first armband is a state service armband, worn by civil workers and such. I attached a photo of one in wear by a hilfspolizei. The other could be an armband.
