Good evening gents , I took a gamble at six thirty this morning at my local antique market as this was cheap ,

Shown it in the SS forum and suggestions were it is a car plaque awarded after 5000 miles ? a race perhaps ? please let me have your opinions .

Size is 110 mm across top made from pressed out light alloy
