what do you think about that piece ??

It's only a part of the badge, but for me it looks quite well. I wonder about your opinions.

It looks good to me, too. According to Craig Gottlieb's "Gau Decorations of Hitler's Germany," this piece exactly fits the photos provided on p.182. Gottlieb tells us that the badge he shows -- which bears the number 391 in the same font style as your piece -- was made by Godet & Sohn, Berlin.

Nice piece even if the eagle and date is missing. I think that these are made of silver despite there not being a hallmark.

Not this one, no.
If we assume that the hollow ones were the very first ones produced and numbered consecutively then there should be no more than 60-100 of those.
Having a big gap in numbers between 65 to around 103, it is impossible at present to narrow down the exact time the awarded badges were switched to solid, one piece but it happened sometime past 65 (highest numbered hollow, two piece badge that I have seen).
