Agree--the materials look correct, sewing is as it should be, and the RZM label is the proper one for a wool armband.

I agree, as well. This piece may be an NSDAP Political Leader's brassard, from prior to the 1939 major uniform code revisions, or it could be SA, NSKK or any of the other political organizations which used this style of armband.
