Early Visor cap eagle/ tissue pack for review

Would like some opinions on this set I got many yrs ago, all looks good, just never seen the tissue wrap before and have looked all over to compare, they came together in the purchase, just wanted to make sure before I sell that all is ok.

Very nice bird and very intersting wrapping paper Greg!

What I find most interesting is the wrapping paper... There has been a debate as to what these birds are for and you see them for sale regularly as NSDAP birds but in the Assmann catalog they are described as "Government" birds (Post,etc.). I cant read German but interesting to see that the wrapper description is "hoheitsabzeichen d. R." (hoheitsabeichen der Reich?) and not "hoheitsabzeichen der N.S.D.A.P". It also looks as if the wrapper originally contained 12 such beauties
