...Just an odd ball bit of cloth I came across. Is on its factory backing w/ "Ges. Gesch" (Gestalt Geschuetzt) on the borders. Appears ok to me at least...Your thoughts? Thank you.

Ja, natürlich haben Sie recht Gerden! My mistake! of course it's "Gesetzlich"...("legally"....don't know what I was thinking). As for whether or not it's for a sports shirt, I don't think so, as weren't the sport shirt insignia for this organization square? (also, it's rather diminutive size leads me more in the direction of armband-center). Thank you for commenting gents.
