Large enameled nsdap board ??

does someone know the utility of this damaged / partial board ?
Any opinions are welcome.

The top reads Here speaks the NSDAP, I believe it was a board put up to advertise local NSDAP events/speakers and info for the local populace, Sean

It's called "Haustafel der NSDAP" (see the book from W. Saris page 112-122)

You can see them depicted in the Organizatsionsbuch der NSDAP. I can recall seeing a photo with one in it at one time several years ago.
