This came out of a widow's grouping that I got in Germany many years ago. The widow was a DRK nurse, her husband was polizei, and her father was Reichsbahn. This patch was in the box, but I have posted it in the Polizei and other organizations forum without success. I will post it in the SS uniforms section as well, but wanted to see if anyone here had any idea what it could be.
