This BO is a 2nd pattern and to date there is really no easy way of matching the number to a recipient. -

A list of 2nd Pattern BO awardees was printed in Klaus Patzwall's book on the Blood Order. But only names are listed according to award listings. No numbers though. If you have a name that possible goes with the number, sometimes the party records will show the BO issue number for second issue badges. I was lucky with mine. But winners are often not listed, as I found out with research I was doing.Comment
