Picked this up at the weekend - small (2,2cm x 2,8cm) edelweis enamelled made by Deschlser & Sohn München badge with the motif "Hochland" At first I thought it may come from a SA unit or NSKK group, up till now I've not been able find where it belongs. Do members have any idea where it comes from ? Any help appreciated.

I do not know ifnhas anything to do with the military or was just a pre war souvenir pin.
What I do know is that it has the same hardware asnthe Hitler Jugend Badge for Foreigners. I think that clears up who made that badge.
I would love to have it for that purpose; to identify the Deschler badges by reverse side attachment device.
