E-Stand PL Visor

There is a PL Visor posted on E-stand indicating that its a Kries level visor -
Looks like Blue piping to me so it would be a Orts level not Kries.????

Kreis never used blue, definitively an Orts visor. That said, also priced pretty much accodingly for an Orts visor.
