Hello guys,
I've recently bought this beautiful nazi flag: three pieces made with very fine cotton.
But I've never seen one similar with these white bands. How about it?

Does anyone know why they added the white stripes on the flag?

Strictly for aesthetics--these banners were meant to be hung as decorative pieces, which they certainly are when compared one without the white trim. Most of these were done in white, but silver and gold trimmed pieces were also made.
