HJ Tunic or what sort of tunic, I need help

Could anyone on the forum tell me what kind of tunic this is?
Is it a HJ tunic? I have not seen any HJ tunic like this when I have searched in books or forums.
I would appreciate some help.

Looks to me like an original Polizei tunic, dyed black for postwar use, with replaced (civilian) buttons and an added HJ armband to make this appear to be something it is not.

Very "positive thinking" dyed in black during the war for HJ Firemen or
any paramilitary unit like Transport Speer ?

By the way the uniform worn on the picture you posted then is the short OFF jacket with 2 breast pockets , dark blue not black .

It may also have been dyed and had the Edelweiß buttons added so it could be worn as a civilian jacket.
