1935 Horse Plaque? *

I apologize if this is in the wrong category, I'm not sure where it would fit.
Here is a plaque? (paperweight?) that I picked up a long time ago... (the sticker on the back was there, don't know what it means)
Anybody know anything about it? (it's small) I don't remember seeing anything similar, although I do like it

I got it a while back mixed in with other pins and insignia, and I thought it was just odd but cool!
Does anyone have any idea what it was for, etc., and is this a "desk medal", plaque, or paperweight? Some kind of award?

If you scoll down you can see a photo where Claus Graf Staufenberg participated 1935 in the

Heiligenhaus equestrian tournament. It must have been an important event.

Perhaps Staufenberg won an award like this
Still hoping someone will pop up with something related, or what this is exactly.
(perhaps it's a commemorative plaque?)
