    need to see some rare GORGETS

    Hello, i would like to see some rare gorgets. So post your rare birds. I will start with Feldjägerkorps gorget. Nice and rare piece for sure.

          Yes, NSDAP Streifendienst is extremely rare, but this one is not the only one in the world, if you ment it. I know, that at least other one was in Danmark. I have somewhere in PC the pictures. Plus there is very high probability, few more will be somewhere in collections. But that is just my guess.

            Pity, the SS-Streifendienst is somewhat vague. Seems to be good, but remind this gorget is heavily faked.

            During my works for the gorget-book, published in 2012, I had not found an actual political leaders Streifendienst-gorget in a collection, but had a photo. Now I know of two and heard of a third one. Anyway this is a rare gorget.

              My camera is far from the best and my photographic skills are poor but I can assure you the SS Streifendienst Gorget is original. It came directly out of a veteran's trunk alone with several other original items.

                a friend of me in Dresden has one too. and i know of one more with cut off swastika.

                  Nice, so we have at least 5 NSDAP Streifendienst plus one cut off and one with probability. I wish i could see your Dresdens friends NSDAP Streifendienst gorget. Actually i live 30 minutes by a car from Dresden!

                  And what about fire brigade gorget with the red enameled center... Poped up some piece after you released the book? I have seen by Kassel militaria show one in Weitze's stage. But no more example at all.

                    This is one you can't often find on the market. I looked for mine for over ten years. They aren't cheap.
