    Stamp identification

    I hope I'm putting this in the right place.

    I have this stamp which I know nothing about and, after doing a bit of searching on the internet, I can't find any stamped items that match it. Maybe I'm just terrible at this, but I can't really read the writing well as some of the letters look a bit odd to me (and not just because they're backward). The outside of the stamp is marked OBG 4/40.

    Can anyone tell me what this stamp is for? Thanks.
