unknown HJ diamond wet transfer decals - can anyone help ?

    Hello HJ collectors,

some of these decals were found inside a Marine HJ book.
They are quite big, each diamond measuring 10 cm (3.9 inches) in height and 5.5 cm (2.1 inches) in width.

So far I was not able to clarify what purpose they had.
    Some ideas:
    - helmet decals
    - decals for HJ ship models
    - decals for HJ plane models
    - markings for HJ bicycles
    - decals for collection cans
    - HJ WHW ("Heimarbeiten") related
    - or just "sympathizers stuff" or even just "toys"...??

    Thanks for any help,

    Chris

        yes, strange....

I think they look really cool, nice condition, and quite big.
But I havent seen anything like this in the last 20 years of collecting...

Maybe one day, someone will come up with a solution what they were used for.

        Regards,
        Christian

            Hello,

This decals are for plane models. They exist in different sizes. Exist also the NSFK flying man.

            Best regards

              Hello,
thank you. Do you have pictures to prove that?
I looked at the HJ plane construction plans, and they did not mention any decals.
I also searched for photos of model planes but could not find any.
Any help to solve the mystery is appreciated.
              Thanks,
              Chris
