No one likes these because of the die flaw under the wings on the viewer's left wing.

Bob's right. Though sold as original by many dealers, the die flaw "bump" under the wing makes these tabs ones that collectors avoid.

Hi Gerome,
Additionally, I believe the RZM license tag was normally mounted to the reverse side of the left tab of a pair. The tabs in your photo are reversed; they are shown backwards from the way they were intended to be mounted to the upper collar wings of the standard PL Tunic according to the 1939 major uniform revision.
