I can't make out the writing but the pattern closely resembles something associated with the KDF organization.

I believe it's a KdF-Betreuerinnenabzeichen, not so much a tinnie, but more a female brooch.

Hi,

I believe this is a female neck brooch produced by the KdF for women on holiday in the Munich/Oberbayern area as a keepsake of their vacation.
Have seen a few of these in twelve years of collecting, not a common badge; worth about £60:00 UK Pounds.
