Please Help Identify These Collar Badges

Hello all

These came in a lot of original insignia inside a medium sized Feldpost box, which contained RAD and Army medical insignia.

I have no idea what they are but hope someone here can help with an ID.

Could they be SA candidate or Schuma tabs?

Not SA and not Schuma. Maybe they are related to GDR.
