Really bad post 45 item - the emblem is from the NSFK(FliegerKorp) not NSKK also the dedication related to being fit for military service more or less - a fake piece overall.

It looks like they used a roto-zip and a shaky hand to do the engraving.

The quality could be considered slightly below par, but these were manufactured near Berlin by the patients at the Reichsschule For The Blind. This is one of the better examples.
