Unknown Berlin 1933 Cap Eagle ground dug

Hi all,

I have the remains of a cap eagle here that was ground dug in Berlin.

It is a type I'm not familiar with, it has Berlin then 19.. Which I think says 1933.

Could somebody please tell me what organisation this is from?

It not NSFK. Badge of participants of an air show passing in June, 1934 in the Berlin airfield of Tempelhof.
