I am sure this is covered but I can't find it using search facility, when were the first pattern Blood orders first handed out, finished being awarded then when did the 2nd pattern start to be given out ?

1st pattern from 1934 to about 1936

2nd pattern from 1939 to about 1944 which would have been the very last ones issued.
