Nice to find an SA Schießbuch with an interesting photo. The SA member was a member of the Stahlhelm and it looks like he's wearing the double 4mm sleeve stripes (as his authorization card allows) as well as dark pattern sleeve stripes for the Stahlhelm. Also, most of the SA Schießbücher I've seen were either unused or have a name written in but nothing else entered, so this one is a good find!
