is the armband for a political organization?

Hi,
I have saw this armbands in the net, I never saw the armband on the top.
Can you identified the Armband?

The armband with the small stripe is for:
Bezirks-Amtswalter,
Bezirks-Geschäftsführer-Kassenwart
Ortsgruppen-Schriftwart
Ortsgruppen-Propagandawart
Stützpunktleiter
Zellenleiter (politsch)
With a rosette upon the middle for the swastika-legs the armband would be for Ortsgruppenleiter. So, the armband is for a political organization (Politischer Leiter).
I see a stamp from the Zeugmeister at Wien. All of the above is explained in "Das Dienstbuch der NSDAP Oesterreichs, Hitlerbewegung", published in March 1932.

There were four more classes of armbands, the width for the stripes (three wide; 2 1/2; two wide and one wide) is depending on what function! They were ranking - insignia (Rangabzeichen).

The Zeugmeisterei Oesterreich was located at Wien 7 (Vienna). Schottgenfeldgasse 41 (Preisliste A, Bekleidung für SA und politische Führer, printed March 1933)

The description for the eagle is as: aus heraldischen Gründen ist darauf zu
achten, dass der Kopf nach rechts gewendet sein soll.
If this type of stamp was valid, is not known to me. In the earlier mentioned
Dienstbuch only two sorts of stamps were included (es gibt nur noch zwei
Arten von Dienststempeln).

You’ve mentioned this book: "Das Dienstbuch der NSDAP Oesterreichs, Hitlerbewegung", published in March 1932.
Is there anything mentioned of the Austrian SA using a stamp like this, which is from an early SA kepi.
The stamp says: „Zeugmeisterei Österreich“ and a third word, which I can’t decipher. In the center is the SA logo.
