Does anyone know how the ranks from various political/military organizations interacted? For example, could a general from the RAD have any power over a major from the Luftwaffe or could a high ranking Political Leader order around a lower ranking Heer member? Was there any protocol on which rank from which organization could treat a lower ranking member from another organization as a subortinate?
