Help indentify political cap eagle

I am not sure what this political eagle is. It is just over 2 inches wide, Tnanks much!

To me this is an original 1936 "Beamte" (Administration) eagle. A lot of people consider them to be "political" but in fact they were worn by various government organizations not related to the NSDAP per say (Postal, Forestry, Customs Administration etc.)

I agree with the above. In gold it is most commonly found on M-41 Reichsbahn visors, but you will also find it on Justiz visors as well.
