              Some corrections:

The blue tag is for an A4 manufacturer, which means a manufacturer for cloth items (Textilabzeichen for the political, as well as SA organization). The A4 was formerly coded as TA. The "D" specifies the price for the tag, which in this case is 3 Pfennig (Wert der einzelnen Erkennungsmarken sind aus dem aufgedruckten Buchstaben zu ersehen). Information from manufacturing-specifications from the 1938 addendum for the handbook for the RZM.

I cannot read well the number. Is it 275? Then it is Alfred F. Schmid from Munich, who got an RZM permission at least in 1934.

By the way: in fact this is not an armband for SA-Wehrmannschaft. This is already explained a while ago in another thread.
That this armband is not an armband for the uniformed SA-Wehrmannschaft is clearly specified in number 2 from the Verordnungsblatt der Obersten SA-Führung from July 1, 1942:
With the regular uniform for the SA-Wehrmannschaft the regular swastika armband had to be worn. The so-called armband "normierte Armbinde mit eingewebtem SA-Wehrabzeichen" was officially forbidden to be worn with the SA-Wehrmannschaft uniform.
This armband with the symbol as shown were only allowed to be worn by men from the Wehrmannschaft, when wearing civil (welche ihren Wehrmannschaftsdienst in Zivilkleidung tun), during service.

So keep in mind: ONLY when civil was worn!!

Thanks for the information! So this was worn for SA-Wehrmannschaft in civilian clothes rather than just all their uniforms? It is similar to the volkssturm armbands then because they wore civilian clothes at times and wore the armband then?

It was specifically noted that the regular swastika party armband, as worn by the SA, had to be worn when in SAW-uniform (note that not all got their uniform). Mainly persons with a leading function did wear the uniform. Those not wearing a uniform - the majority - had to wear the armband with Wehrabzeichen.

I thought Laurens once showed a photograph where you can see this!
