1. the left one is early war: stamped G.E.S & GESCH.
2. the right one is late war painted: stamped RZm M1/159

Sorry but the photos are just not sufficient for making a judgment on either side of either badge. Too little detail and too much shadow there.

Ditto.

Agree with BR, better pix would help in ascertaining the early enamel and later made zinc party badge. Though the Zinker is promising, the enamel isn't clearly defined on photo.
