Bugle HJ or NPEA ?

I have picked up this nice bugle with interesting stamp. Can anyone help me if this is a HJ or NPEA ?

Does the bugle have any OTHER markings?....the M-29 eagle is a common "add on" to make a period "military bugle from anywhere in Europe" something special...and the NPEA stamps are "TOO OBVIOUS" on the bell like that for my taste... so far very skeptical from what I see....

Bugle appears to be an early party one from the pics, IMO the letters are an add-on, shame as it detracts from a nice period bugle.
