Unusual armband

I have here a photo of an armband I'm unfamiliar with. I've done a little digging but unable to find anything absolute or concrete. Any information would be greatly appreciated and I would be thankful.

I would think the 1st one is original if I saw it. Looks period IMO but the one rlimike has a lot of problems that point out to me. Strange for sure....

Thanks gentlemen for your comments. Ive always been skeptical of this one. the repros offered here seem to be a knockoff of my example. materials are diferent and details are lacking on the current production.
