Lost HJ items in mail!!

These items got lost on the 24th of June, when they whore send to Germany.

The adress wasn't correct ( Street name got transfert by a google add on the website so only the street name was incorrect)
They started an investigation what should took MAX. 3 months.

After 1.5 month I called them but told me that I should wait longer for the investigation. The package was at a central station of lost packages in Frankfurt.

After 2.5 months I called them if they got any news and they should call me a week later with further details.
I got a letter at home with the notice the package has been lost and I could get 50 euro if I want to.




So is it stolen now? I don't know. And I don't know if they could solve this problem.

Please keep your eyes open for me.

Another item is lost in Frankfurt. I have had items I have purchased disappear as well once they arrive in Frankfurt in the past. Others have also told me they have had items vanish there as well. Was this package sent Registered Mail? The reason I ask as it seems that Registered Mail draws the attention of someone there ( a thief ) that steals the packages. Hopefully the package is sitting somewhere as those items are very nice items. I hate to see this type of thing happen.

The strange thing is it had to go to Köln but because only the streetname was wrong they didn't delive it.
If I send a package in Holland with ONLY the postalcode and the house number they will delive it!

Nice item !

Now I told them I feel insulted about the way they threaded me.

They send me a letter that I can get help from a company who is independent.
They charge me 25 euro and they will start a investigation , and if I'm right they give me my 25 back. If im not right , I will loose the money..

Any ideas what I can do ??
