HJ NA.PO.BI BALLENSTEDT Title

Gentlemen. I wonder if anyone can tell me more about this title? I believe it may have been discussed elsewhere but has come to me recently as part of a trade.

I can find very little about Ballenstedt but the title does appear to be genuine (?) measuring a little over 14".

Any information would be appreciated.

Quite surprised that this cuff title has not generated more interest or comments. These are not often seen outside established NPEA collections.

Does anyone know the cuff " HJ Gdansk " of Ratisbons ???
