What is the size for this: 48,0 x 35,5 cm?

All I have seen were marked with an RZM stamp at the reverse: for example M3/148 and the shield with Kindertagesstätte with M3/50.

Yours: M3/49 is made by the concern of Boos & Hahn Emaillier- und Stanzwerk at Ortenberg (Baden), a very noted concern, which also produced for example a shiel with the indication: NSV Hilfsstelle Mutter u. Kind.
