I've got exactly the same M1\100 badge with the reverse slash and the RZM mark who looks "used"
The reverse slash was a bit strange for me (there are some M1/100 party badges with the slash on the correct side) , but I'm not an expert, so I'm happy to read that they're nice originals within this \
