    Unknown red black shoulder board

Who would use this shoulder board?
First I thought the Dutch NSB, but those have an red base instead of black and are wider.
    Suggestions?

The shoulderboard is SA. The red/black piping indicates that the board is for Gausturm Wurttemberg. I would say around 1931. Hope that helps.

        ahh that helps, thanks!

Would one or two have been worn? What would it be worth (considering buying it and don't know much on SA)? Is this one desireable?

Only one shoulderboard would have been worn at this time. Hard to say on a value. I would say around $50.00
