    RSG Weihnachten 1941 Christmas Award

    Here's a nice marble piece with metal plates. I don't normally collect these so I know very little but I believe this is a sports organization (?). The bottom plate indicates Christmas 1941. I have several different military and political plaques that celebrate Christmas.

    Very nice, what size is it?

    I assume that what you have is for the Reichsbahn Sportgemeinschaft Berlin? Or maybe Reichsbahn Sportgruppe Berlin?

    Here is a similar award for the Reichsbahn Sportverein Berlin which turned up recently on a dealers site. I assume that somewhere between 1934 & 1941 they changed their name, I believe that they may have been a football club, but I'm not sure so please forgive me if I am wrong.
