Could one of you kind an knowledgeable persons please help identify this for me? I have seen this wreath/cocard for sale but I am not familiar with this type. It is an all-in-one with what appears to be an army wreath but the cocard is a party one? If I buy it I will need to know what it is so that I can get a matching eagle for it to make a set. I thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Thanks for the fast reply, Ed, you have confirmed what I thought. But isn't this a mis-match? I mean why would an army wreath have a political cocard inside?
I would have expected to see an army cocard inside - or conversely, a political wreath outside. It is confusing me! Is this a correct pairing, or has someone affixed the wrong cocard inside?

Thanks for clearing that question up for me, Ed. Cap/hat insignias are something that I have just turned my attention to, to start a little collection. You have been most helpful
