I'm not sure of what you are asking here, something is lost in the translation I think. Are you asking why the fringe on the first example and why no fringe on the second example? Or, are you asking about the different patterns on the litzen itself?

Hi,
sorry for my bad english.
I'm asking about the different patterns on the litzen and
Here are some H.J. with another style of litzen. I do not know why the litzen are different patterns. Sorry I don't know much about S.A. insignia. Your English is fine no need for apologies, the forum is International after all, we all do our best.
The first example is for a Spielmannzugführer with metal Tresse and fringe. The second nest is for a member of the Spielmannzug with cotton woven Tresse. If the background color is carmine (Karmesin) it could be for the Feldherrnhalle. If they are bright red (hochrot) as they appear to be on my monitor, they would be for a Group Staff level Spielmannzug.
