    Golden Party Badge? or?

Hello, picked this up just this past weekend in a group buy with some fakes mixed in which I am in the process of weeding out, to that end I ask: is this a good one? its not numbered like most (if not all) that I have seen but it appears old and correct to me. I have only had one other badge like this and it was numbered but perhaps all of them were not? I am curious, eager to learn.
    Thanks gents,
    Eric

No need for any more more photos, it's a fake.

          Hi Eric,

Yes, just as Erich has said: NG! As a general guideline, you should never come across a genuine GPB of either size with a completely blank reverse...Period. Even the badges which the original owners tried to 'erase' their NSDAP numbers from do not appear as completely blank.

Cheers, and I hope the other items in your group buy will offset any loss caused by this fake!

The leaves and the extra long dashes are an easy give away even for the less experienced.

              Thanks James,
There was a good SS stickpin, an 8 year service medal and a good pilots badge....also a horrid Luft Para....a fake SS ID badge for Ausweiss, you know the ones, brass with stamped numbers, SS eagle on one side....
As for the comment about even the uninitiated should be able to spot this fake badge due to its 'obvious' faults I say this: Poppycock....the center seemed okay, the pin is a fine one and its not too crudely attached.....There is a ton of Third Reich stuff out there and NO ONE is expert in ALL of it.
There is always something new to learn and today was a crash course in GPB's for me!
Thanks for the info guys-its much appreciated.
