Very nicely embroidered, but IMO not original. The underlay, if there is one, is not the standard pattern, acorns look too loosely embroidered, spangle bullion looks too large, and there are several additional features raising questions.

It's to long ago to precisely remember, but this collar patch very closely looks to the fakes that were spread in Europe in the 1970's, manufactured on orders of - I thought - Dutch and English dealers!!
I remember the same sort of veins for the oak-leaves. I thought they were sold as SS for only about 12,- guilders then.
