Opinions on a DAF and HJ Armband

I personally think they are good as they have the vet bring back paperwork with it but I just wanted to double check. The seller on ebay was selling the paperwork for the armbands separate from the actual armbands due to ebay policies. HJ looks unissed and DAF has 1 stamp on it. One is the stamp saying it was DAF. The HJ has some other that may be approval?? Not sure what that one is.

And here is the capture paper.... The seller has the flag too and that has some staining that makes me believe the paper was sitting on top of the flag because the stains are close to matching...
