Is this a period HJ Turks Head Woggle, or a Boyscout neckerchief slide?

Ron, yours looks fine IMO, some ive had before were made with thinner leather and i belive i saw one once with a small rzm mark inside the toggle, but how you age something that could be done today, and perhaps still being worn by certain scouts, i do not know. Regards Pete.

Most woggles I have seen that are original HJ have four leather bands, while Scout ones have three. That being said I haven't seen them all.

Even though this one has three bands it does look very nice and in good condition not matter who it originally belonged to.
