I'm considering purchasing these breeches but I don't want to get burnt so your opinions would definitely be much appreciated!

The color of the early wool uniforms used by the SA varied from medium brown, reddish brown, and tan--these look like an early SA pair. That said, the early HJ, I believe, used an SA style uniform early on, as did other political and paramilitary organizations. So while IMO these are SA, they could have been worn by early HJ members as well.

I would look for a HJ brown breeches with tag and HJ buttons if I where you.

I agree , It will be easier to resell in the future with a tagged pair of trousers/breeches with marked HJ.DJ buttons .
If you can get the unmarked pair for under 75 euros then it would be a fair price .
